摘要:: [摘要]目的：分析人工真皮+负压引流技术修复糖尿病足创面的疗效。方法：将笔者医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的90例糖尿
病足患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法，分为对照组（45例）和观察组（45例）。对照组给予传统换药治疗，观察组在上述基
础上，给予人工真皮+负压引流修复治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、换药次数、餐后血糖控制、创面准备时间、愈合时间等情
况。结果：观察组总有效率为93.3%显著高于对照组的77.8%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组换药次数、餐后血糖
控制时间明显少于对照组，创面准备时间及愈合时间明显短于对照组，而治疗费用则明显高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义
（P＜0.05）。对照组住院时间（52.3±6.6）d，10例患者进行截肢，截肢率为22.2%；观察组住院时间（30.5±5.8）d，3例患
者需截肢，截肢率为6.7%，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=6.113，P =0.031；t =4.982，P =0.011）。结论：人工真皮+负
压引流技术对糖尿病足患者创面修复效果显著，可明显减少换药次数，缩短愈合时间，安全可靠，在临床中值得推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To analyse curative effect in patients with diabetic foot wounds by dermagraft combined with vacuum
assisted drainage. Methods 90 cases of patients were divided into the observation group (45 cases) and the control group (45
cases) from June 2017 to June 2018. The control group was given traditional dressing therapy while the observation group
was received dermagraft combined with vacuum assisted drainage. Treatment effect,frequency of dressing change, blood
sugar control, time of wound preparation, time of healing time, recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results The
total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 77.8% of the control group. The
difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The times of dressing change and postprandial blood sugar control in the
observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the time of wound preparation and healing
was significantly shorter than that in the control group, while the cost of treatment was significantly higher than that in the
control group(P ＜0.05).The hospitalization time of the control group was (52.3±6.6)d,10 patients underwent amputation, the
amputation rate was 22.2%.The hospitalization time of the observation group was (30.5±5.8)d,3 patients needed amputation,
the amputation rate was 6.7%. There were significant differences between groups(χ2=6.113,P =0.031;t =4.982,P =0.011).
Conclusion The effect on repairing diabetic foot wound was remarkable by dermagraft combined with vacuum assisted
drainage which could reduce frequency of dressing change, shorten the time of healing, reduced the recurrence rate. It was
reliable and worth to popularize in clinic.
