[摘要]目的：探讨烤瓷贴面与光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中的应用价值。方法：选取笔者医院2015年4月-2017年4月
收治的口腔美容修复患者94例，共计患牙118颗。根据患者的修复方式分成A组（n =48，患牙60颗）、B组（n =46，患牙58
颗）。A组：采用烤瓷贴面修复，B组采用光固化复合树脂修复。比较两组修复效果，分别在术前、术后6个月入院复查时采
集龈沟液，检测龈沟液内基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-8（IL-
8）、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平，记录龈沟液量（GCF），并分析并发症发生率，于术后6
个月评估患者的修复美观度。结果：A组总有效率为96.67%，与B组的87.93%比较无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。两组术后6个
月龈沟液内MMP-2、MMP-9水平高于术前，但A组低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组术后6个月龈沟液内IL-6、
IL-8、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平高于术前，但A组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；A组并发
症发生率为5.00%，与B组的12.07%比较无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；A组美观度优良率为95.83%，高于B组的80.43%，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：光固化复合树脂与烤瓷贴面在口腔美容修复中均有一定应用价值，其中烤瓷贴面能减轻
术后龈沟液内炎症，改善美观度，效果更显著。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of porcelain veneer and light-cured composite resin in oral cosmetic
repair. Methods A total of 118 teeth were selected from 94 patients with oral cosmetic prosthesis admitted to our hospital
from April 2015 to April 2017. The patients were divided into group A (n =48, 60 teeth) and group B (n =46, 58 teeth). Group
A was repaired with porcelain veneer and group B was repaired with photocurable composite resin. The effects of the two
groups were compared. The gingival crevicular fluid was collected before operation and 6 months after operation. The levels of
matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8), interferon-
γ(IFN-γ) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in gingival crevicular fluid were measured. The amount of gingival crevicular
fluid (GCF) was recorded and the incidence of complications was analyzed.Assessment of patients’aesthetics at 6 months
after operation. Results The total effective rate of group A was 96.67%, which had no statistical significance compared with
87.93% of group B (P ＞0.05). The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups at 6 months after
operation were higher than those before operation, but the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in group A were lower than those in
group B (P ＜0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-8, IFN-γ and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups at 6 months after
operation were higher than those before operation, but the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in group A were lower than those
in group B (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in group A was 5.00%, which was not significantly different from
12.07% in group B (P ＞0.05). The excellent rate of aesthetics in group A was 95.83%, which was higher than that in group
B 80.43% (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Photocurable composite resin and porcelain veneer have certain application value in oral
cosmetic repair, and porcelain veneer can reduce the inflammation in gingival crevicular fluid after operation. and improve the
aesthetics.the effect is more remarkable.
