[摘要]目的：观察上睑脂肪填充量的精确测定公式在自体脂肪填充上睑凹陷中的应用效果。方法：2014年2月-2019年4月，
术前利用填充公式计算上睑脂肪填充量，行自体脂肪填充上睑凹陷的患者282例，观察治疗前后患者满意度、上睑饱满度并
记录术后二次充填比例。结果：术后随访3～24个月，失访7例。患者对术后效果满意，269例上睑凹陷明显改善，仅6例要求
二次注射。随访患者均未发生感染、血肿、脂肪液化坏死、栓塞、硬结、局部皮肤不平整、一过性上睑下垂等并发症。结
论：通过术前对上睑凹陷所需脂肪量的精确测定, 能够为上睑凹陷提供精准明确的注射量，能有效避免因注射量过多过少影
响术后效果，提高患者满意度，值得大家借鉴参考。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To observe the application effect of the formula for the accurate measurement of the fat fi lling amount
of the upper eyelid in the fi lling of the upper eyelid depression with autogenous fat. Methods From February 2014 to April
2019, the fi lling amount of upper eyelid fat was calculated by fi lling formula before operation, 282 patients with upper eyelid
depression fi lled with autogenous fat were observed before and after treatment, satisfaction and fullness of upper eyelid were
observed, and the proportion of secondary filling after operation was recorded. Results Postoperative follow-up for 3-24
months, 7 patients were lost, 269 cases were satisfi ed with the outcome of our treatment, only 6 patients required secondary
injection. And during our follow-up, following common complications did not occur in patients, such as fat liquefaction,
hematoma, pulmonary embolism, infection, ptosis, skin roughing and crusting and so on. Conclusion The formula we used
in this study would provide an accurate fi lling volume of autologous fat, which could avoid the excessive injection effectively,
decrease the medical disputes outmost and improve patients’ satisfaction as far as possible.
