摘要:: [摘要]面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎，是因长期反复不当地外用激素药物，或者长期涂用不当添加了激素的护肤品，停用后引
起的面部皮炎。本文通过分析糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎产生的原因和证型，制定标本兼治的治疗方案：采用走罐、刺络拔罐、
穴位埋线等方式以调整体质和排出毒素；外用柳兰、燕麦等提取物制剂以控制症状、修复皮肤屏障。同时，对患者进行健康
教育和自我护肤指导，以树立信心，并掌握自我养护方法配合医疗。结果发现柳兰、燕麦提取物合经穴刺激治疗糖皮质激素
依赖性皮炎，显效快，且能达到标本兼治的效果，为治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:: Abstract: Facial hormone-dependent dermatitis is the facial dermatitis caused by long-term and repeated improper use of
topical hormone drugs, or long-term improper use of skin care products that add hormones, after the withdrawal. Due to the
special location of the disease, it brings patients both physical and psychological torture. Although there are many ways to treat
the disease, the effect is uneven.In this paper, the causes and syndromes of hormone-dependent dermatitis were analyzed, and
develop the treatment plan: Through moving cupping, pricking blood and cupping, acupoint catgut implantation treatment and
other ways to adjust constitution and detoxifi cation, epilobium、oats and other extracts to control symptoms, repair the skin
barrier, at the same time, health education and self-care guidance for patients, to build confi dence, and master the method of
self-care to get better medical treatment.The treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis by acupoint stimulation with extracts
of epilobium and oat has obvious advantages and unique curative effect, which provides a new method for treating hormonedependent
dermatitis.
