摘要:: [摘要]目的：观察聚桂醇治疗化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效和安全性。方法：回顾性分析2017年10月-2019年1月笔者科室门诊采
用聚桂醇治疗化脓性肉芽肿患者的临床资料并统计治疗效果。结果：所有患者经过1～3次治疗可痊愈，无1例出现感染、溃
疡、坏死、色素沉着和瘢痕形成,随访6个月无复发。结论：聚桂醇治疗化脓性肉芽肿操作简单、安全有效，可能成为化脓性
肉芽肿的一线治疗选择，尤其是对于手术困难区的病变。

Abstract:: Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of polidocanol in the treatment of pyogenic granuloma. Methods
The clinical data of polidocanol in the treatment of pyogenic granuloma in our outpatient from October 2017 to January 2019
were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients showed complete resolution after one–three treatment sessions, and none of
them developed infection, ulceration, necrosis, hyperpigmentation and scar formation, no recurrence recurrence during a 6-month
follow-up period. Conclusion Polidocanol in the treatment of pyogenic granuloma granuloma is simple, safe and effective, and
may become the first-line treatment option for pyogenic granuloma, especially in difficult surgical areas.
