[摘要]目的:探讨三维数字化微笑设计(3D-DSD)技术在前牙美学缺陷重建治疗中的应用价值。方法:随机将61例拟行前牙
美学修复患者(96颗患牙)分为两组。对照组:30例(47颗患牙),采用二维数字化微笑设计(2D-DSD)技术进行前牙美学
修复;观察组:31例(49颗患牙),采用3D-DSD技术。观察两组临时修复体完成时间、全瓷修复体完成时间、修复体美国公
共健康服务(USPHS)评分,粉色美学评分(PES),患者对前牙美学VAS评分的差异。结果:观察组临时修复体完成时间、
全瓷修复体完成时间均低于对照组(P <0.05),修复体外形准确性USPHS评分、软组织水平、软组织轮廓PES评分高于对照
组(P <0.05),患者对前牙美学满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:3D-DSD数字化诊疗技术可缩短前牙美学修复体
设计时间,提高修复体外形准确性,更有助于改善唇、龈、齿关系,患者满意度高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional Digital Smile Design(3D-DSD) technique in the
reconstruction of anterior teeth with aesthetic defects. Methods 61 patients (96 affected teeth) were randomly divided into two
groups. The control group (30 cases,47 affected teeth) was treated with two-dimensional Digital Smile Design (2D-DSD)
technology. The observation group (31 cases, 49 affected teeth) was treated with 3D-DSD technology. The time to complete
temporary restoration, the time to complete all-ceramic restoration, the US Public Health Service (USPHS) score, the pink
esthetic score (PES) and the aesthetic VAS score of anterior teeth between the two groups were observed. Results The time
of complete temporary restoration and complete all-ceramic restoration in the observation group were lower than those in the
control group (P <0.05). The USPHS Score of repair body shape accuracy, PES scores of soft tissue level and contour in the
observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of patients with anterior teeth
was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion 3D-DSD digital diagnosis and treatment technology can
shorten the design time of anterior teeth aesthetic prosthesis, improve the accuracy of prosthesis shape, and help to improve the
relationship between lip, gingiva and teeth, with high patient satisfaction.
