摘要:
[摘要]自体脂肪移植已成为应用最为广泛的整形美容技术之一。自体脂肪移植隆乳在世界范围内广泛应用，但自体脂肪颗粒
隆乳也存在较多不足。目前尚没有统一的技术标准和术后评估方法，术后脂肪存活率差异及并发症发生仍是整形外科面临的
重要问题。笔者结合自己对自体脂肪隆乳的心得以及追踪国内外自体脂肪颗粒隆乳术的技术进展及并发症防治策略等进行综
述，以期更新理念和提高手术技巧达到更好的治疗效果。
Abstract:
Abstract: Autogenous fat transplantation has become one of the most widely used cosmetic techniques. Autogenous fat
transplantation is worldwide used in breast augmentation, but autogenous fat particles also have many shortcomings.
At present,there is no unified technical standard and postoperative evaluation method. The difference of fat survival rate
and complications are still important problems in plastic surgery. The author summarized the experience of autogenous fat
augmentation mammoplasty, the technical progress of autogenous fat particle augmentation mammoplasty at home and abroad,
and the prevention and treatment strategies of complications, in order to update the concept and improve the surgical skills to
promote better therapeutic effect.
