摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨心形缝合法联合无创皮肤吻合器在面部外伤缝合中的应用价值。方法：选取笔者医院整形美容科、颌面外
科诊治的患者各45例作为研究对象，将在颌面外科单纯接受传统美容缝合的患者作为对照组，将在整形美容科接收心形缝合
法联合无创皮肤吻合器联合治疗的患者作为观察组。所有手术均在无菌情况下在手术室内进行。术后6个月进行随访，对术
后瘢痕宽度及患者满意度进行统计学分析。结果：术后随访6个月，观察组患者平均术后瘢痕宽度是（0.91±0.15）cm，窄
于对照组的（1.08±0.26）cm，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者满意度为97.78%高于对照组的82.22%，差异有
统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：心形缝合法联合无创皮肤吻合器在面部软组织损伤中的应用价值显著，可有效地降低患者
术后瘢痕，大大提高患者对面部外伤缝合的满意度，值得借鉴。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To study the application value of heart-shaped suture combined with non-invasive skin stapler in the repair
of facial soft tissue injury. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients in plastic department (n =45) and maxillofacial department
(n =45) in our hospital were selected as research objects. The patients who received traditional cosmetic suture in maxillofacial
department were taken as the control group, and the patients who received heart-shaped suture combined with non-invasive
skin stapler in the plastic department were taken as the observation group. All operations were performed in the operating
room with aseptic prophylaxis. After 6 months follow-up, the postoperative scar width and patient satisfaction were
statistically analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months, the average postoperative scar width in the
observation group was (0.91±0.15)cm, which was narrower than that in the control group (1.08±0.26)cm, the difference
was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.78%, which was higher than that in
the control group (82.22%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion Heart-shaped suture combined with non-invasive skin stapler has significant
application value in facial soft tissue wound, which can effectively reduce postoperative scar and improve the satisfaction of
patients with facial traumatic suture results. It is worth of clinical application.
