摘要:
目的:探究微等离子束与点阵铒激光治疗痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月笔者医院收治的64例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例。对照组采用点阵铒激光治疗,实验组采用微等离子束激光治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)、治疗效果、并发症及持续时间。结果:治疗前,两组患者ECCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组评分较治疗前均下降,但实验组评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组总有效率84.38%,高于对照组的53.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组红斑持续时间及脱痂时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组色素沉着消退时间及误工时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微等离子束应用于痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕临床效果更好,ECCA评分更低,色素沉着少,安全性高。通过调整优化治疗方案及加强术后护理,可缩短误工期,减轻患者经济压力,值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of micro-plasma beam and erbium laser lattice in the treatment of acne atrophic scar. Methods A selection of 64 patients with acne atrophic scar admitted to the author’s hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, each with 32 cases. The control group was treated with erbium laser lattice treatment, and the experimental group was treated with micro-plasma beam laser. The acne scar weight score (ECCA), treatment effect, complications and duration of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results ECCA score: before treatment, there was no significant difference in ECCA score between the two groups of patients (P >0.05), after treatment, the scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, but the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. There is statistical significance (P<0.05). Therapeutic effect: After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 84.375% higher than that of the control group 53.125% (P<0.05). Complications and duration: comparison of the duration of erythema and the time of scab removal between the two groups of patients, the difference was not significant (P >0.05), but the pigmentation subsidence time and lost time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Micro-plasma beam applied to acne atrophic scar has better clinical effect, lower ECCA score, less pigmentation, and high safety. By adjusting and optimizing the treatment plan and strengthening post-operative care, the lost period of work can be shortened, and the economic pressure of patients can be reduced. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
