摘要:
目的：探讨富血小板纤维蛋白（Platelet-rich fibrin，PRF）在凹面型上颌窦底形态患者行上颌窦底提升术 （Maxillary sinus lifting,MSL）中的效果。方法：选取2018年3月-2021年3月在笔者医院行MSL的92例患者为研究对象， 随机分为对照组和研究组，每组46例。对照组给予常规MSL术，研究组在对照组基础上加用PRF。术后，观察两组的自觉症 状、骨水平、创口愈合情况及种植体稳定系数（Implant stability quotient,ISQ）及并发症情况。结果：治疗后，研 究组的自觉症状评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组的骨高度、骨宽度、术后1个月ISQ值、创口愈合情况均优于对照 组（P＜0.05），差异均有统计学意义。两组术后6个月ISQ值、并发症总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结 论：PRF应用于MSL术中具有良好的效果，能够促进骨组织生成，加速创口愈合，维持种植体的稳定，且安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss platelet-rich fi brin (PRF) on maxillary sinus lifting (MSL) in patients with concave maxillary sinus fl oor shape. Methods We selected 92 patients who underwent MSL in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021. They were randomly divided into control group (n=46) and study group (n=46). Patients in the control group were given routine MSL surgery, and the study group added PRF based on the control group. After surgery, the degree of self-conscious symptom, bone level, wound healing, implant stability quotient (ISQ) and complications of the two groups were observed. Results The selfconscious symptom score of the study group was lower than control group (P＜0.05). The bone height, bone width, ISQ value 1 month after operation and wound healing of the study group were better than control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in ISQ value 6 months after operation and total incidence of complication (P＞0.05). Conclusion PRF has a good effect in patients undergoing MSL surgery, which can promote bone tissue formation, accelerate wound healing, maintain the stability of implant, and has high safety.
