摘要:
目的：探讨改良盾构术在前牙美学区即刻种植中的应用效果及对红色美学指数（Pink esthetic scores,PES）的影 响。方法：选取2015年6月-2019年6月于笔者科室行前牙种植修复的98例患者为研究对象。随机分为常规组和研究组，每组 49 例。常规组应用传统即刻种植术，研究组应用改良盾构术。记录两组种植成功率、唇侧骨厚度、PES评分、并发症及 满意度情况。结果：常规组成功48例（97.95%），研究组成功49例（100.00%），两组成功率比较，差异无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）。术后24个月，研究组唇侧骨厚度变化值均小于常规组；两组PES均高于术前，且研究组高于常规组，差异均 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组并发症总发生率（4.08%）低于常规组（16.32%），研究组总满意度（93.88%）高于常 规组（77.55%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：改良盾构术在前牙美学区即刻种植疗效确切，可维持唇侧骨厚 度，增加美学效果，且并发症少，患者满意度高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application eff ect of modifi ed socket shield technique in the immediate implant of the anterior aesthetic area and its infl uence on the pink esthetic score (PES). Methods From June 2015 to June 2019, 98 patients who underwent anterior dental implant restoration in the Department of Stomatology of Xinjiang 474 Hospital were selected. Randomly divided into the routine group (n=49) and the study group (n=49 ).The routine group used traditional immediate implantation, and the study group used modifi ed socket shield technique. The implantation success rate, labial bone thickness, score of PES, complications and satisfaction were recorded in the two groups. Results There were 48 cases of success in the routine group, with a success rate of 97.95%, and 49 cases of success in the study group, with a success rate of 100.00%. There was no signifi cant diff erence in the success rate of the two groups (P ＞0.05). At 24 months after operation, the changes of labial bone thickness in the study group were smaller than routine group (P＜0.05). At 24 months after operation, the PES in the both groups were higher than that before operation, and the PES in the study group was higher than routine group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group (4.08%) was lower than that in the routine group (16.32%)(P＜0.05). The total satisfaction of the study group (93.88%) was higher than that of the routine group(77.55%)(P＜0.05). Conclusion The modifi ed socket shield technique has a defi nite eff ect in the immediate implant of the anterior aesthetic area. It can maintain the labial bone thickness, increase the aesthetic eff ect, and has fewer complications and high patient satisfaction.
