摘要:
目的：探讨基于微信平台的口腔健康指导对口腔正畸治疗患者遵医行为和牙周健康的影响。方法：选择笔者医院2020 年6月-2021年6月需口腔正畸治疗的150例患者为研究对象，依据随机、平行、对照的原则，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对 照组各75例。观察组采用基于微信平台的口腔健康指导干预，对照组常规床旁口腔健康指导干预。评价两组患者遵医行为、 口腔健康知识与正畸治疗知识掌握情况、菌斑指数（Plaque index，PLI）、牙龈指数（Gingival index，GI）、龈沟出血 指数（Gingival sulcus bleeding index，SBI）及并发症情况。结果：干预前，两组患者遵医行为评分、口腔健康知识与 正畸治疗知识掌握情况评分、PLI、GI、SBI组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组患者遵医行为、口腔 健康知识与正畸治疗知识掌握情况各评分均升高，且观察组各评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预 后，两组患者PLI、GI、SBI各指标评分均降低，且观察组各指标评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观 察组各项并发症发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：基于微信平台的口腔健康指导方式应用于正畸治疗患者护理中， 可有效提高患者的遵医行为及对相关知识的掌握程度，能有效改善患者口腔及牙周状态，降低口腔正畸并发症，具有一定的 临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ects of mobile WeChat platform-based oral health guidance on the compliance behaviors and periodontal health of patients undergoing orthodontic treatment. Methods 150 patients requiring orthodontic treatment in the author’s hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of randomization,parallelism and control,they were divided into observation group and control group with 75 patients in each group according to random number table method. The observation group received oral health guidance intervention based on wechat platform,while the control group received routine bedside oral health guidance intervention. The compliance behavior,knowledge of oral health and knowledge of orthodontic treatment,Plaque index (PLI),Gingival index (GI),Gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI) and complications,were evaluated in the two groups. Results Before intervention,there were no statistically signifi cant diff erences in compliance behavior score,oral health knowledge and orthodontic treatment knowledge score,PLI,GI and SBI between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After intervention,scores of compliance behavior,oral health knowledge and orthodontic treatment knowledge were increased in 2 groups,and scores of observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After intervention,the scores of PLI,GI and SBI were decreased in 2 groups,and the scores of observation group were lower than control group,with statistical significance (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of oral health guidance based on wechat platform in the care of patients with orthodontic treatment can eff ectively improve patients’ compliance behavior and mastery of relevant knowledge,eff ectively improve patients’ oral and periodontal states,and reduce orthodontic complications,which has certain clinical application value.
