摘要:
目的：探讨微创骨皮质切开术对成人拔牙正畸的临床效果。方法：选取2020年6月-2022年6月于笔者医院行正畸治疗 的120例患者，通过随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组60例。对照组行单纯正畸治疗，研究组在对照组基础上行 微创骨皮质切开术。比较两组患者加力后2、4个月时尖牙移动距离、牙根吸收量，比较两组正畸和恢复情况以及整体认 可指数。结果：研究组患者加力后2、4个月，尖牙移动距离均远于对照组，牙根吸收量低于对照组，差异均有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者正畸治疗时长、排齐时长、关闭间隙时长及调整时长均短于对照组，研究组患者对治疗的整体 认可指数高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：微创骨皮质切开术能加速患者尖牙移动，缩短患者矫治时 间，且对局部的炎性损伤更小，降低牙根吸收风险，患者对正畸的整体认可度更高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of minimally invasive corticotomy on extraction orthodontic treatment in adults. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing orthodontics in the hospital were enrolled between June 2020 and June 2022. According to random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group underwent simple orthodontics, while study group additionally underwent minimally invasive corticotomy. The canine movement distance, absorption volume of tooth root at 2 and 4 months after stressing, orthodontics, recovery and overall recognition index were compared between the two groups. Results At 2 and 4 months after stressing, canine movement distance in study group was signifi cantly farther than that in control group (P ＜0.05), absorption volume of tooth root lower than that in control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). The orthodontics time, alignment time, closing gap time and adjustment time in study group were all shorter than those in control group, and overall recognition index was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive corticotomy can accelerate canines movement, shorten correction time, cause less local infl ammatory damage and reduce the risk of tooth root resorption, with high overall recognition to orthodontics in patients.
