摘要:

目的：探讨基于数字化手术导板引导下前牙美学区种植修复效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年1月收治于笔者医院 需行上前牙美学区种植修复的患者共60例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=30）。对照组予以常规种植 修复（共55个种植体），观察组在数字化手术导板引导下予以种植修复（共62个种植体），两组患者均随访1年。比较两组 种植体植入位置的偏差，包括颈部与根尖部距离、深度和角度；观察两组术后修复疗效；采用红白美学指数[红色美学指数 （Red aesthetic index,PES）和白色美学指数（White aesthetic index,WES）]评估两组术后1周、6个月及1年的美学效 果，并比较两组修复满意度。结果：60例患者共117个种植体均成功完成种植，修复良好。观察组种植体植入位置偏差距离 均小于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组术后1周、6个月及1年的PES、WES指数均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组修复满意度显 著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：基于数字化手术导板引导下前牙美学区种植修复可有效提高种植体植入位置的准确性， 减少定位误差，保证前牙美学区的修复效果。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the eff ect of implant restoration in the aesthetic zone of anterior teeth under the guidance of digital surgical guide. Methods A total of 60 patients who were admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 and required implant restoration in the aesthetic area of the upper anterior teeth were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30). The control group received conventional implant restoration (55 implants in total), while the observation group received implant restoration (62 implants in total) under the guidance of digital surgical guide. Both groups were followed up for 1 year. The deviation of the implant placement position between the two groups (including the distance, depth and angle between the neck and the apex) was compared; the postoperative repair effi cacy of the two groups was observed; the red and white aesthetic index [including the red aesthetic index (PES) and the white aesthetic index (WES)] was used to evaluate the aesthetic eff ects of the two groups at 1 week, 6 months, and 1 year after surgery. Comparison of repair satisfaction between the two groups. Results A total of 117 implants in 60 patients were successfully implanted and repaired well. The deviation distance of implant placement in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The PES and WES indexes of the observation group at 1 week, 6 months and 1 year after operation were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The repair satisfaction of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Based on the guidance of the digital surgical guide, the implant restoration in the anterior aesthetic area can eff ectively improve the accuracy of implant placement, reduce the positioning error, and ensure the restoration eff ect of the anterior aesthetic area.
