树脂嵌体和金属预成冠修复根管治疗后儿童乳磨牙大面积缺损疗效比较-《中国美容医学》

摘要:: 目的：比较根管治疗（Root canal therapy，RCT）后乳磨牙大面积缺损儿童使用树脂嵌体和金属预成冠修复的效果。方法：选取2018年4月-2020年4月笔者医院口腔科接诊的112例RCT后乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿作为研究对象，根据修复方式分为树脂嵌体组和金属预成冠组，每组56例。比较两组修复成功率、咀嚼功能、家属满意度、出血指数（Bleeding index，BI）及并发症情况。结果：治疗后两组修复成功率、修复后3个月咀嚼功能及BI评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05）；树脂嵌体组家属满意度高于金属预成冠组，并发症发生率低于金属预成冠组（P＜0.05）。结论：两种方式对乳磨牙大面积缺损患儿均有良好的修复效果，但树脂嵌体修复可短时间内改善患者咀嚼功能，患儿家属满意度高，并发症少。

Abstract:: Objective To compare the effects of resin inlays and metal preformed crowns in children with large defects of primary molars after root canal therapy (RCT). Methods A total of 112 children with large-area defects of deciduous molars after RCT who were admitted to the author’s hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the repair method, they were divided into resin inlay group and metal prefabricated crown group. 56 cases. The repair success rate, masticatory function, family satisfaction, bleeding index (BI) and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, there was no signifi cant diff erence in the success rate of repair, masticatory function and BI score 3 months after repair between the two groups (P＞0.05). The satisfaction of the family members in the resin inlay group was higher than that in the metal prefabricated crown group, and complications occurred. The rate was lower than that of the metal preformed crown group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Both methods have good repair eff ect on children with large area defects of deciduous molars, but resin inlay repair can improve patients’ masticatory function in a short time,with high satisfaction of patients’ families and fewer complications.
