摘要:
目的：比较瓷贴面和树脂修复前牙间隙的近远期美学效果。方法：将2020年2月-2020年10月笔者医院口腔修复科就诊并行前牙美学修复的90例患者作为研究对象，按患者诊号尾号的奇偶性随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组采用树脂修复，研究组采用瓷贴面材料修复。记录两组治疗前后的咀嚼功能、治疗后的疗效及治疗后1～24个月的美学修复效果。结果：与治 疗前比较，治疗后两组的咀嚼效率均有明显改善(P＜0.05)，但两组治疗后的咀嚼效率比较差异无统计意义(P＞0.05)。治疗后6个月，对照组总有效率为94.96%，研究组99.11%，但两组疗效比较差异无统计意义(P＜0.05)。与对照组相比，研究组治疗后12、24个月修复体的颜色不匹配、牙敏感例数较少(P＜0.05)，治疗后24个月修复体的继发龋例数较少(P＜0.05)。结论：与瓷贴面修复相比，树脂修复更经济实惠，操作更容易；与树脂修复相比，瓷贴面修复在颜色匹配、减少牙敏感及继发龋方面优势明显。医生在制定前牙间隙修复方案时，可结合患者个人的需求进行综合判定。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate and compare the short-term and long-term aesthetic eff ects of porcelain veneer and resin in anterior space. Methods 90 patients who needed aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth from February 2020 to October 2020 in the department of prosthodontics of our hospital were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups, the blank group and the observation group, according to the parity of the tail number of the diagnosis number. The patients in the blank group were treated with resin, and the patients in the observation group were treated with porcelain veneer. The masticatory function before and after treatment, the curative eff ect after treatment and the aesthetic repair eff ect 1~24 months after treatment were recorded. Results Compared with before treatment, the masticatory efficiency of 2 groups was significantly improved after treatment (P＜0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the masticatory effi ciency between 2 groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05). 6 months after treatment, the blank group had 98 teeth (82.35%), 15 teeth (12.61%), 6 teeth (5.04%) and 113 teeth (94.96%) markedly eff ective, eff ective, ineff ective and total eff ective, respectively. The observation group had 95 teeth (84.82%), 16 teeth (14.29%), 1 tooth (0.89%) and 111 teeth (99.11%), respectively. Compared with the blank group, the total eff ective rate of the observation group was higher, but there was no signifi cant diff erence between 2 groups(P＜0.05). Compared with the blank group, the cases of color mismatching and tooth sensitivity of the restoration in the observation group at 12 and 24 months after treatment was less(P＜0.05), and the cases of secondary caries of the restoration at 24 months after treatment was less (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with porcelain veneers, resin veneers are more economical and easy to operate. Compared with resin veneers, porcelain veneers have obvious advantages in color matching, reducing tooth sensitivity and secondary caries. Doctors can make a comprehensive judgment based on the needs of patients when formulating the restoration plan for anterior tooth space.
