摘要:

目的：研究自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白（Platelet-rich fibrin,PRF）移植填充矫治面部凹陷的效果及PRF 对移植脂肪成活率的影响。方法：选取2019年3月-2021年12月在笔者医院择期行脂肪颗粒移植填充手术的120例面部凹陷女 性就医者，按照随机分组原则分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。两组均采取脂肪颗粒移植手术，观察组在移植自体脂肪颗手 术基础上联合富血小板纤维蛋白治疗。术后6个月，比较两组移植脂肪的成活率及治疗效果。结果：观察组移植成活率显著 高于对照组（P＜0.05），且观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组血肿情况、局部感染情况、坏死、脂肪液 化、破溃、纤维囊肿发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：自体脂肪颗粒移植联合PRF在面部凹陷填充中疗 效确切，不仅提升了脂肪移植成活率，而且改善了面部凹陷情况，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective To study the eff ect of autologous fat particles combined with Platelet-rich fi brin (PRF) grafting to correct facial depressions and the eff ect of PRF on the survival rate of grafted fat. Methods A total of 120 female patients with facial depressions who received elective fat particle transplantation and fi lling surgery in the author’s hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into observation and control groups according to the principle of random grouping, with 60 patients in each group, and both groups were treated with fat particle transplantation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with platelet-rich fi brin on the basis of transplantation surgery. Six months after the operation, the diff erence between the survival rate of transplanted fat and the treatment eff ect was compared between the patients. Results The survival rate of transplantation in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05), and the therapeutic eff ect in the observation group was signifi cantly better than that in the control group (P ＜0.05); there was no signifi cant diff erence in the hematoma, local infection, necrosis, fat liquefaction, ulceration, and fi brocyst occurrence between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The effi cacy of autologous fat particle grafting combined with PRF in facial depression fi lling not only enhances the survival rate of fat grafting, but also improves the condition of facial depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
