摘要:: 目的：探讨复方利多卡因乳膏联合酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液减轻黄金微针射频术中疼痛及术后红斑反应的临床效果。方法：选取2021年12月-2023年2月于笔者医院皮肤科就诊的30例预行黄金微针射频治疗的患者，年龄20～48岁，皮肤 Fitzpatrick 分型Ⅲ～Ⅳ型，采用自身半脸对照研究。观察侧先涂抹酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液，待滴眼液被皮肤吸收后，再涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏。对照侧只涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏。60 min后，进行黄金微针射频治疗，评估术中疼痛评分（Visual analogue scale, VAS）评分，并在术后即刻、30 min、60 min评估红斑指数并采集图片。结果：复方利多卡因乳膏联合酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液术后的红斑显著降低，并能持续60 min，并且联合应用酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液侧脸在术中的疼痛明显降低。结论：酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液可以作为表皮麻药的有效辅助剂以减轻术中疼痛及术后红斑反应。 [

Abstract:: Objective Exploration of compounded lidocaine cream combined with brimonidine tartrate eye drops to reduce intraoperative pain and postoperative erythema reaction during gold microneedle radiofrequency. Methods Thirty patients aged 20-48 years old with skin type Fitzpatrick type Ⅲ- Ⅳ were selected from the dermatology department of the author’s hospital from December 2021 to February 2023. A control method was adopted on the left and right faces.In the observation side, brimonidine tartrate eye drops were applied firstly and then compound lidocaine cream was applied when the drops were absorbed into the skin. In the control side, the compound lidocaine cream was applied only. After 60 minutes, the gold microneedle radiofrequency was performed and intraoperative pain score and postoperative erythema index was assessed by taking pictures immediately after the procedure, 30 min,and 60 min after the gold microneedle radiofrequency procedure. Results The erythema was significant reduced in the observation side after surgery with compound lidocaine cream combined with brimonidine tartrate eye drops and can last for 60 min, And the combined application of brimonidine tartrate eye drops on the side of the face signifi cantly reduced pain during surgery. Conclusion Brimonidine tartrate eye drops can be used as an eff ective adjunct to epidermal anesthetics to reduce intraoperative pain and postoperative erythema.
