摘要:
目的：分析在成人严重双颌前突正畸治疗中应用骨皮质切开术联合个性化舌侧矫治技术的效果。方法：选取2020年10 月-2023年10月笔者医院收治的66例严重双颌前突患者为研究对象，应用随机数字表法将所有患者分为联合组和单一组，每 组33例。单一组单纯应用个性化舌侧矫治技术治疗，而联合组采用骨皮质切开术联合个性化舌侧矫治技术治疗，比较两组 的患者满意度、治疗前后头影测量值以及并发症发生情况。结果：联合组患者满意度高于单一组（P＜0.05）；治疗前， 两组患者的头影测量数据比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，联合组患者的SNA值、Wits值、U1-SN值、U1-NA 值、U1/NA值、U1-L1值、FMIA值、覆盖值、0-Mer-Pog，值改善情况优于单一组（P＜0.05），两组SNB值、ANB值、Wits 值比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者均无明显并发症发生。结论：在成人严重双颌前突正畸矫治过程中，采用 骨皮质切开术联合个性化舌侧矫治技术对强化整体治疗效果，提升患者满意度具有明显促进作用，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the practical effect of corticotomy combined with personalized lingual correction in the treatment of severe bimaxillary protrusion in adults. Methods 66 patients with severe bimaxillary protrusion admitted to the author’s hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the observation objects, and all patients were divided into combination group and single group by random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The single group was treated with personalized lingual correction technique alone, while the combined group was treated with corticotomy combined with personalized lingual correction technique. The patient satisfaction, cephalic image measurement before and after treatment, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of patients in the combination group was higher than that in the single group (P ＜0.05), and there was no statistical diff erence in the cephalic shadow measurement data between the two groups before treatment (P ＞0.05). The SNA value, Wits value, U1-SN value, U1-NA value, U1/NA value, U1-L1 value, FMIA value, coverage value and 0-Mer-Pog of patients in the combination group were better than those in the single group (P＜0.05), and there was no statistical signifi cance in the SNB value, ANB value and Wits value between the two groups (P ＞0.05), and no signifi cant complications occurred in the two groups. Conclusion In the process of orthodontic treatment of severe bimaxillary protrusiform in adults, the use of corticotomy combined with personalized lingual correction technology has a signifi cant promoting eff ect on strengthening the overall treatment eff ect and improving patient satisfaction, and the treatment work safety is high.
