摘要:
瘢痕疙瘩是机体对真皮损伤的过度组织反应,发生于真皮网状层,表现为超出原始创面边界并侵入周围健康皮肤的隆 起性真皮病灶。最突出的特征是成纤维细胞增殖及细胞外基质的广泛沉积。瘢痕疙瘩常见于上胸部、肩部、后背上方以及头 颈部,在头颈部时尤其好发于耳朵,会随着时间进行性增大,常伴随疼痛及瘙痒症状,耳垂瘢痕疙瘩有多种治疗方法,但复 发率都很高,在临床上如何有效控制瘢痕疙瘩的发生及复发仍然是个难题,针对耳垂瘢痕疙瘩形成机制进行深入研究,有助 于确定特定的靶点途径,减少疾病的发生。对比研究耳垂瘢痕疙瘩的各种治疗手段也有助于患者选择最佳治疗方案,减少疾 病复发率,提高患者术后生活质量。
Abstract:
Keloid is the body’s excessive tissue response to dermal injury, often occurring in the dermis as swelled dermal lesions that extend beyond the original wound boundary and invade the surrounding healthy skin. The most prominent feature is fibroblast proliferation and extensive deposition of extracellular matrix. Keloid is frequently observed on the anterior chest,shoulders, posterior upper back, and craniofacial region, especially occured on ears when keloid grows on the head. It will gradually increase with time, often accompanied by pain and itching symptoms. Earlobe keloid has a variety of treatment methods, however ,which has high recurrence rate, Conducting thorough research on the process of earlobe keloid formation can aid in identifying specifi c target pathways and reducing the incidence of the disease. Additionally, a comparative analysis of various treatment methods for earlobe keloid can assist patients in selecting the most eff ective treatment plan, reducing the likelihood of recurrence, and enhancing their quality of life after surgery.
