摘要:
痤疮是临床常见损容性疾病，中医内治法在临床治疗中占很重要的部分，通过中药的性味归经及多靶点作用的特点，治疗各证型痤疮取得良好疗效。临床各医家辨证论治本病时，部分医家认为玄府郁闭是痤疮的发病重要环节，气血痰食、外感六淫、内伤七情皆可郁久化热，热盛而发痤疮。针对这一特点，治疗时不仅辨证给予清热、凉血、散结、调冲等药物，同时应用升发、散越之品开玄府通道以助邪外出，增强疗效的同时避免过于寒凉损伤脾胃。
Abstract:
Acne is a common cosmetically concerning condition in clinical practice. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), internal treatment plays a crucial role in its management. TCM achieves favorable outcomes in treating various types of acne through the use of herbs characterized by specifi c properties, meridian tropism, and multi-target actions. When applying syndrome diff erentiation and treatment principles in clinical practice, many TCM practitioners recognize that the obstruction of Xuanfu is a critical factor in the pathogenesis of acne. Factors such as stagnation of Qi and blood, phlegm accumulation, food retention, as well as external pathogenic factors (Six Exogenous Pathogens) and internalemotional disturbances (Seven Affects) can lead to prolonged stagnation, which in turn transforms into heat, manifesting asacne.In light of this characteristic, the treatment approach involves not only the use of herbs that clear heat, cool the blood, dissipate nodules, and regulate the Chong meridian, but also the application of herbs that promote dispersing and ascending functions to open the Xuanfu pathways. This approach helps expel pathogens, enhance therapeutic effi cacy, and simultaneously avoid excessive coldness that could harm the spleen and stomach
