摘要:

目的：观察自拟固肾养血生发汤联合梅花针治疗肝肾不足型雄激素性秃发临床疗效并探讨对血清中25-羟基维生素D水平的影响。方法：收集2021年1月-2023年7月门诊90例肝肾不足型雄激素性秃发患者随机分为两组。治疗组45例，给予口服自拟固肾养血生发汤，每日2次，持续12周；对照组45例，口服七宝美髯丹治疗，每日2次，连续使用12周。两组患者均给予科室自制首乌搽剂外涂及梅花针扣刺治疗。记录患者治疗前后患处毛发积分以评价治疗效果，同时采集患者外周静脉血，测定血清25-羟基维生素D水平并进行比较。结果：治疗组总有效率84.44%，优于对照组64.44%（P＜0.01）；治疗组治疗后临床症状及中医证候评分明显优于对照组。与对照组相比，治疗组患者治疗后血清25-羟基维生素D水平明显升高（P＜0.01）。结论：自拟固肾养血生发汤联合梅花针治疗雄激素性秃发能较好防脱生发，改善头皮瘙痒，油脂分泌增多及头皮鳞屑等症状；可调节患者体内血清25-羟基维生素D水平，起到保护毛囊、抑制脱发的作用。

Abstract:

Objective Observation of the clinical effi cacy of self formulated Gushen Yixue Shengfa Decoction combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of androgenic alopecia with liver and kidney defi ciency, and exploration of its eff ect on serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels. Methods Collect 90 patients with androgenic alopecia of liver and kidney defi ciency type from January 2021 to July 2023 and randomly divide them into two groups. 45 patients in the treatment group were given oral self formulated Gushen Yixue Shengfa Decoction twice a day for 12 weeks; 45 cases in the control group were treated with oral Qibao Meiran Dan twice a day for 12 consecutive weeks. Both groups of patients were treated with self-made Shouwu ointment applied externally and treated with plum blossom needles. Record the hair score of the aff ected area before and after treatment to evaluate the treatment eff ect, and collect peripheral venous blood from the patient to measure the serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D level and compare it. Results The total eff ective rate of the treatment group was 84.44%, which was better than the control group’s 64.44% (P＜0.01); The clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the treatment group were signifi cantly better than those of the control group after treatment. Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed a signifi cant increase in serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels after treatment (P＜0.01). Conclusion The self formulated Gushen Yixue Shengfa Decoction combined with Plum Blossom Acupuncture can eff ectively prevent hair loss and improve symptoms such as scalp itching, increased oil secretion, and scalp scales in the treatment of androgenic alopecia; It can regulate the serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D level in patients, playing a role in protecting hair follicles and inhibiting hair loss
