摘要:

目的：探究含左旋乳酸-乙二醇共聚物微球的交联透明质酸钠凝胶用于中面部年轻化的有效性与安全性。方法：回顾 性分析13例已接受含左旋乳酸-乙二醇共聚物微球的交联透明质酸钠凝胶进行中面部注射填充的就医者病例资料，术后第1、 3、6、12个月进行随访观察，评估患者鼻唇沟皱纹、中面部容量缺失、中面部整体美学改善效果、就医者满意度及不良反 应。结果：本组13例就医者，10例进行了面颊部和鼻唇沟双部位注射填充，3例只进行了鼻唇沟注射填充，所有就医者均接 受单次治疗，左侧鼻唇沟平均注射剂量为（0.69±0.45）ml，右侧鼻唇沟平均注射剂量为（0.69±0.40）ml；左侧面颊部平 均注射剂量为（0.46±0.23）ml，右侧面颊部平均注射剂量为（0.56±0.22）ml。术后第1个月和第3个月，就医者鼻唇沟皱 纹、中面部容量缺失、中面部整体美学改善率及就医者满意度均为100%；术后第6个月和第12个月，就医者以上各指标改善 率均有所下降。所有就医者术后均未发生严重不良反应。结论：本研究应用含左旋乳酸-乙二醇共聚物微球的交联透明质酸 钠凝胶用于中面部年轻化的临床效果与安全性良好，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effi cacy and safety of injectable poly-L-lactic acid co-polymer microsphere fi ller in mid-face rejuvenation. Methods The clinical data of 13 patients who had received midface injection with cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel containing L-lactic acid-glycol copolymer microspheres were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were followed up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after operation to evaluate the nasolabial fold wrinkles, midface volume loss, overall aesthetic improvement of midface, patient satisfaction, and adverse reactions. Results Among the 13 patients in this group, 10 patients were injected in both cheek and nasolabial fold, and 3 patients were injected only in the nasolabial fold. All patients received a single treatment, with an average injection dose of (0.69±0.45) ml on the left side and (0.69±0.40) ml on the rightside. The average injection dose was (0.46±0.23) ml in the left cheek and (0.56±0.22) ml in the right cheek. The improvement rates of nasolabial fold wrinkles, midface volume loss, overall midface aesthetics and patient satisfaction were all 100% at 1 and 3 months after surgery. At 6 and 12 months after surgery, the improvement rates of above indexes decreased. No serious adverse reactions occurred in all patients. Conclusion Injectable poly-L-lactic acid co-polymer microsphere fi ller used in this study for mid-face rejuvenation showed good clinical effi cacy and safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
