摘要:

目的：探讨皮瓣综合护理对手部软组织缺损术后功能恢复及外观满意度的影响。方法：选取2019年8月-2023年8月 在笔者医院行手部皮瓣移植术的患者96例作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，各48例。对照组采用常规 护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上采用皮瓣综合护理干预，比较两组手部功能恢复[采用总主动活动度（Total active motion，TAM）系统评价]、术后并发症、日常生活能力[采用Barthel指数评定量表（Barthel index，BI）评估]和外形满意 度。结果：干预2周后，观察组TAM优良率高于对照组，术后并发症总发生率低于对照组，BI评分高于对照组，患者对皮瓣外 形的满意度评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：皮瓣综合护理可有效加快手部软组织缺损术后功能 快速恢复，减少并发症发生，提高日常生活能力和外形满意度。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the eff ects of comprehensive skin fl ap nursing on functional recovery and shape satisfaction after hand skin defect surgery. Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing hand skin defect surgery in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between August 2019 and August 2023. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given comprehensive skin fl ap nursing on basis of control group. The recovery of hand function [total active motion (TAM) system], postoperative complications, activities of daily living [Barthel index (BI)] and shape satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 weeks of intervention, the excellent and good rate of TAM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, the BI score was higher than that in the control group, and the satisfaction score of patients with fl ap appearance was higher than that in the control group, and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive skin flap nursing can effectively accelerate functional recovery after hand skin defect surgery, reduce complications, improve activities of daily living and shape satisfaction.
