摘要:

目的：对比美塑树脂贴面与瓷贴面修复前牙间隙的效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者医院2018年2月-2018年12月收治的45 例采用瓷贴面进行美容修复的前牙间隙患者的临床资料和2019年1月-2019年10月收治的45例采用美塑树脂贴面进行美容修 复的前牙间隙患者的临床资料，分别记为对照组和观察组。对比修复后即刻、修复后2年修复体美国公共健康协会（United states public health society，USPHS）的修正标准评分结果、修复成功率和修复体牙髓有活力率，修复前和修复两年后 牙周出血指数，修复材料脱落、局部折断及变色染色发生率。结果：观察组修复后即刻、修复后2年的修复体颜色、形态、 边缘着色、密合度和继发龋USPHS评价A级者占比、修复成功率和修复体牙髓有活力率均高于对照组（均P＜0.05）；两组修 复后2年牙周出血指数均减少，观察组低于对照组（均P＜0.05）；观察组总不良事件发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结 论：美塑树脂贴面与瓷贴面修复前牙间隙均有一定疗效，且均可达到患者满意，但前者的疗效更佳，对牙周出血指数的改善 效果更理想，且不良事件发生率更低。

Abstract:

Objective To compare the effect of HRi veneer and porcelain veneer in the restoration of anterior teeth space. Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with anterior tooth space treated with ceramic veneer for cosmetic repair from February 2018 to December 2018 and 45 patients with anterior tooth space treated with HRi veneer for cosmetic repair from January 2019 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and recorded as control group and observation group respectively. The results of USPHS, the success rates of restoration and dental pulp vitality rates of restorations were compared immediately after repair and two years later, periodontal bleeding indexes before and 2 years after restoration, and the incidences of peeling off , local fracture, discoloration and staining of repair materials were compared. Results Immediately after repair and two years later, the proportions of color, shape, edge coloring, tightness, the proportion of class A patients evaluated by USPHS, the success rate of restoration and dental pulp vitality rate of restorations in observation group were higher than control group, with statistically signifi cant diff erences (P＜0.05). Periodontal bleeding indexes in the two groups two years later decreased (P＜0.05), which in observation group was lower than control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Both the HRi veneer and the porcelain veneer have certain curative eff ect on the restoration of anterior teeth space, which are satisfactory to the patients, and the improvement of periodontal bleeding index is more ideal, while the former has better curative eff ect and lower incidence of adverse events.
