[摘要]目的：探究Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的疗效与安全性。方法：选取笔者科室门诊收治的162例黄褐斑患
者为研究对象，随机分为三组。联合治疗组：采用Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸治疗；果酸组：采用单纯果酸治疗；激光组：
采用单纯Q开关1 064nm激光治疗，治疗后对比分析三组方法的疗效和安全性。结果：治疗结束后，联合治疗组mMASI评分下
降更明显（t =8.52,P＜0.05），联合治疗组有效率为90.74%，激光组有效率59.26%，果酸组有效率53.70%，联合治疗组有效
率显著高于激光组和果酸组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.08，P ＜0.05）。联合治疗组患者满意率88.89%，激光组患者满意率
55.56%，果酸组患者满意率57.41%，三组间满意率比较，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.39，P ＜0.05)。所有患者未见严重不良反
应。结论：Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑疗效优于单用Q开关1 064nm激光治疗及单纯果酸治疗，且能明显提高治疗
效果和患者满意度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Q-switched 1064nm laser combined with acid in the treatment of
chloasma. Methods A total of 162 patients with chloasma treated in our outpatient department from October 2016 to October
2017 were selected as study subjects. Patients in the combined treatment group were treated with Q-switched 1064nm laser
combined with acid. Patients in the acid group were treated with simple acid therapy.Patients of the laser group were treated
with a simple Q switch 1 064nm laser melasma. We analised the efficacy and safety of the three treatment methods after the
treatment. Results The combined therapy group had a significantly lower mMASI score (t = 8.52, P ＜0.05).The effective rate
of the treatment group was 90.74% after the combination therapy, the effective rate of the laser group was 59.26%, the effective
rate of the acid group was 53.70% The efficiency was significantly higher than that of the laser group and the acid group (χ2=
4.08, P ＜0.05). The satisfaction rate was 88.89% in the combined treatment group, 55.56% in the laser group and 57.41% in
the acid group. The satisfaction rate among the three groups was statistically significant (χ2= 4.39,P ＜0.05). No serious adverse
reactions in all patients. Conclusion Q-switched 1064nm laser combined with acid therapy is superior to Q-switched 1064nm
laser alone or single acid treatment of chloasma, and can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction.
