[摘要]目的：研究正畸治疗对种植义齿临床效果的影响。方法：选取笔者科室2012年4月-2016年4月就诊个别牙缺失伴错牙合
畸形的58例患者为研究对象，将纳入患者按就诊时间先后分为正畸组与对照组，每组29例。正畸组采用正畸治疗调整缺
损牙列，调整完成后再行种植义齿；对照组采用单纯种植义齿修复。比较两组种植义齿的成功率，记录义齿位移与咬合
力，评估主观满意度，统计种植义齿并发症的发生率。结果：正畸组种植成功率为100.0%，显著高于对照组的79.3%（P
＜0.05）。正畸组修复后1年，义齿左右向位移、前后向位移分别为（3.44±0.78）mm、（32.41±3.78）mm，显著低于对
照组的（3.82±0.86）mm、（34.62±4.05）mm（P ＜0.05），咀嚼功能评分、美观程度评分分别为（8.63±1.21）分、
（8.95±0.98）分，显著高于对照组的（8.01±1.07）分、（8.43±0.92）分（P ＜0.05）。两组种植义齿并发症总发生率
比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：正畸治疗可以提高义齿种植成功率，改善种植义齿的修复效果，满足牙列缺损
患者对咀嚼功能及外形美观的需求。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the influence of orthodontic treatment on the clinical effect of implant denture. Methods 58
patients with individual missing teeth and malocclusion who were admitted to the hospital from April 2012 to April 2016
were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the orthodontic group and the control group with 29 patients in each group
according to the time of treatment. The orthodontic group was given orthodontic treatment and implant denture, while control
group was treated with implant denture alone. The success rate of implant denture was compared between the two groups,
the displacement and bite force of the denture were recorded, the subjective satisfaction was evaluated, and the incidence of
complications of implant denture was statistically analyzed. Results The success rate of implant was higher in the orthodontic
group than the control group (100.0% vs 79.3%) (P ＜0.05). The right-and-left displacement and front-and-back displacement
in orthodontic group at 1 year after repair were significantly shorter / lower than those in the control group [(3.44±0.78) mm,
(32.41±3.78) mm vs (3.82±0.86) mm,(34.62±4.05)mm](P ＜0.05). The chewing function score and beautiful degree score
in orthodontic group were significantly larger / higher than those in control group [(8.63±1.21), (8.95±0.98) vs (8.01±1.07),
(8.43±0.92)] (P ＜0.05), but there was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups
(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic treatment can improve the success rate of implant denture and improve the effects of
implant denture restoration, meeting the needs of chewing function and appearance of patients with dentition defects.
