[摘要]目的：分析锥形束CT（CBCT）评价无托槽隐形矫治器对牙周病正畸患者牙槽骨改建规律的作用及美观效果。方
法：选取2013年4月-2016年3月前来笔者科室就诊的牙周病患者60例（共240颗患牙）。分析治疗前后轴倾度、切缘中
点和根尖点的位置变化，牙槽骨高度变化，牙槽骨密度变化。结果：治疗后，唇侧釉牙骨质界至牙槽嵴顶的距离（CEJBM-
La）和治疗前相比无显著差异（P ＞0.05），舌侧釉牙骨质界至牙槽嵴顶的距离（CEG-BM-Li）、轴倾度、切缘中
点至PP平面的距离（Cu-PP）、切缘中点至PL平面的距离（Cu-PL）、根尖点至PP平面的距离（Aa-PP）显著低于治疗
前（P ＜0.05），根尖点到PL平面的距离（Aa-PL）显著高于治疗前（P ＜0.05）。治疗后唇侧、舌侧、近中、远中牙槽
骨高度显著高于治疗前（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，牙槽嵴顶区舌侧密度值较治疗前显著降低（P ＜0.05），牙槽嵴顶区唇
侧、根中区唇侧、根中区舌侧、根尖区唇侧、根尖区舌侧密度值和治疗前相比无明显变化（P ＞0.05）。结论：无托槽
隐形矫治器能有效改建牙周病患者牙槽骨情况，增强美观效果。

Abstract:


Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect and aesthetic effect of cone beam computer tomography(CBCT) evaluation of
alveolar appliance without orthodontics on alveolar remodeling of periodontal disease orthodontic patients. Methods From
April 2013 to March 2016, 60 orthodontic patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected and included
240 teeth. Before and after treatment of axial incline,midpoint and apical cutting edge position changes, alveolar bone height
changes,changes in alveolar bone density were compared. Results After treatment,compared with before treatment there was
no significant difference in the distance between the labial enamel to the alveolar crest (CEJ-BM-La) (P ＞0.05). The distance
between lingual enamel cementum and alveolar crest (CEG-BM-Li), axial inclination, distance from midpoint of cut edge to PP
plane (Cu-PP), distance from midpoint of cut edge to PL plane (Cu-PL) The distance from the apical point to the PL plane (Aa-
PL) in the PP plane was significantly lower than that before treatment (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the height of the alveolar bone
in the labial, lingual, proximal and distal alveoli were significantly higher than that before treatment (P ＜0.05). After treatment,
the densities of the lingual crest at the alveolar crest decreased significantly lower than before treatment (P ＜0.05),there was no
significant difference in lingual densities between the alveolar crest area, labia majora area, lingual area of the mid-medial area,
apical area of the apical area, and apical area with before treatment (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The invisible bracket appliance can
effectively rebuild alveolar bone in patients with periodontal disease and enhance the aesthetic effect.
