[摘要]壳聚糖作为一种天然生物材料,其资源丰富,经济实用。多项研究证实其无毒,具有可降解性、可塑性及良好的生物
相容性等多项优点。可用于组织损伤的修复和生物组织工程支架材料的应用等。近年来,随着对壳聚糖研究的深入,研究者
们将壳聚糖作为组织工程支架材料,发现其物理性质和生物学功能更加优良且多样化,作为支架材料在整形外科应用中具有
良好前景。
Abstract:


Abstract: Chitosan, as a natural biological material, is rich in resources ,economical and practical.Many studies have proved
that it is nontoxic, biodegradable, plastic and biocompatible. It can be used for the repair of tissue injuries, and the application
of scaffold materials for biological tissue engineering.In recent years, with the intensive study of chitosan, the researchers used
chitosan as scaffold material for tissue engineering, and found that the physical and biological functions of chitosan are better
and diversified. Chitosan is a promising scaffold material in tissue engineering. In this paper, the progress of chitosan and its
derivatives in tissue engineering is reviewed.
