 [摘要]目的：研究假体隆乳术后乳房按摩护理与术后5年Ⅲ/Ⅳ包膜挛缩率的相关性。方法：2005年9月-2007年12月本院收治
的初次行假体隆乳的246例患者为对照组，术后未给予任何乳房护理；2008年1月-2012年12月初次行假体隆乳的614例患者
为研究组，术后予乳房按摩。比较两组患者术后5年Ⅲ/Ⅳ包膜挛缩发生率。结果：对照组246例患者出现22例Ⅲ/Ⅳ包膜挛缩
（8.94%），显著高于研究组的4.72%（29/614），差异有统计学意义（χ2 =5.607，P ＜0.05）。结论：虽然包膜挛缩的发生
可由多种因素引起，但增加术后乳房按摩康复护理环节，可有助于降低患者术后5年包膜挛缩发生率。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation between breast massage and Ⅲ/Ⅳ capsular contracture in five-years followup
after augmentation mammaplasty. Methods 246 patients with primary augmentation mammaplasty from September 2005
to December 2007 were selected as the control group, and did not take any nursing measures after operation. 614 patients
from January 2008 to December 2012 were selected as the study group, and were given breast massage after operation. The
incidence of postoperative Ⅲ/Ⅳ contracture between the two groups were compared. Results There were 22 cases with Ⅲ/Ⅳ
capsular contracture (8.94%) in the control group and 29 cases (4.72%) in the study group, the difference was statistically
significant(χ2 =5.607,P ＜0.05). Conclusion Although the occurrence of capsular contracture is multifactorial, postoperative
breast massage and rehabilitative nursing can be helpful for reducing the rate of capsular contraction patients after augmentation
mammaplasty in five-years follow-up.
