摘要:
[摘要]目的：总结医用粘合剂配合整形技术修复颌面部皮肤软组织创伤的临床经验，探讨其修复效果。方法：在颌面部皮肤
软组织创伤患者急诊清创术中，遵循整形外科的整复原则，采用仔细清创、无张力缝合、皮瓣转移等技术进行修复后，应用
医用粘合剂（α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯）粘合伤口。结果：35例41处损伤创面均一期愈合，71.43%的患者经过3个月～2年的随
访，修复伤口呈细小线状，瘢痕轻微，外观满意。结论：医用粘合剂配合整形技术修复颌面部皮肤软组织创伤，能避免患者
术后伤口错位畸形，可有效减少瘢痕形成。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of medical adhesive combined with plastic surgery technology for
repairing maxillofacial skin soft tissue injuries. Methods In the maxillofacial skin soft tissue injuries emergency debridement,
we followed the plastic surgery principle, used careful debridement, without tension suture, transfer flaps technology to repair the
trauma. Then, applied the medical adhesive (N-butyl 2-cyanoacrylate) to adhesive wound on the trauma. Results 41 wounds of
35 patients were primary healing. After following up for 3 months to 2 years, more than 73% repaired wounds showed only tiny
linear and light scars with satisfactory appearance. Conclusion Medical adhesive cooperate with plastic technique in repairing
maxillofacial skin soft tissue injuries, can avoid the postoperative dislocation deformity and effectively reduce scar formation.
