[摘要]目的：观察光电协同技术联合短波治疗面部敏感性肌肤的安全性及有效性。方法：门诊收治面部敏感性肌肤患者300
例,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组各100例。所有入选患者均无渗出、水疱、糜烂等皮损，瘙痒症状明显者均给予口服抗组胺
药物和外用硼酸溶液冷湿敷。A组：患者在舒敏之星（K8）治疗后配合光电协同技术治疗；B组：仅给予光电协同技术治疗；
C组：仅给予舒敏之星（K8）治疗。三组均每间隔1个月治疗1次，共治疗5次，每次治疗前及治疗后1个月进行评分，观察各
组疗效。第5次治疗后间隔2个月对所有患者进行随访，观察其是否复发，统计复发率。根据患者面部红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒程
度评分进行疗效评判。结果：治疗5次后，A组有效率为92%，B组有效率为89%,C组有效率为62%,A组和B组与C组疗效比较，
差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)，A组与B组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。随访后复发率比较，A组（6.52%）和B组
（5.62%）明显较C组（41.94%）低，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。所有患者在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论：光
电协同技术治疗面部敏感性肌肤疗效较可靠，安全度高，可联合舒敏之星（K8）治疗。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of electro-optical synergy technology combined with short wave
treatment sensitive skin. Methods 300 cases of facial sensitive skin who were treated in the outpatient department, were
randomly divided into 3 groups (group A, group B and group C), 100 cases in each group. All the sellected patients had no
exudation, blisters, erosion and other skin lesions. The patients with itching symptoms were treated with oral antihistamine
drugs and external use of boric acid solution cold wet compress. The patients in group A were given Optoelectronic cooperative
technology treatment after treatment with Shu Min Xing (K8). The patients in group B were given Optoelectronic cooperative
technology only. The patients in group C were given Shu Min Xing (K8) only. Each patient was treated once a month, and all
the patients received 5 treatments. The scores were evaluated before each treatment and one month after the treatment, and the
therapeutic effects were observed by scoring. All patients were followed up for 2 months after fifth times of treatment, and the
recurrence rate was statistically analyzed. The curative effect was evaluated according to the facial erythema, scale, and the
degree of pruritus. Results After 5 times of treatment, the effective rate of group A was 92%, the effective rate of group B was
89%, and the effective rate of group C was 62%. There was a significant difference between A group, B group and C group (P
＜0.05), however there was no significant difference between A group and B group (P ＞0.05). After follow-up, the recurrence
rate of group A (6.52%) and the recurrence rate of group B (5.62%) were significantly lower than that of group C (41.94%),
and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).All patients had no severe adverse reactions during the treatment.
Conclusion Effect of Optoelectronic cooperative technology in the treatment of facial skin is sensitive, reliable and high safety,
can be combined with Shu Xing min (K8) treatment.
