[摘要]目的：观察普萘洛尔在婴幼儿体表血管瘤中的临床疗效及药物安全性。方法：婴幼儿体表血管瘤患儿28例，给予普萘
洛尔治疗，治疗前、后测定其心率、肝肾功能及甲状腺功能，分析普萘洛尔在婴幼儿体表血管瘤中的临床疗效及安全性。
结果：28例患儿，治疗1个月后血管瘤范围或者体积均有不同程度的变小，瘤体局部的皮温较治疗前明显下降，质地变软，
表面皮肤张力明显减小，局部皮肤纹理变得更加清楚。随访半年后，5例血管瘤完全消退，瘤体消失，局部皮肤恢复正常纹
理、无瘢痕，皮温恢复正常；16例治疗后血管瘤明显改善，停药后未见反复，7例治疗未满6个月，失访。28例患者用药第
1d、2d及3d心率水平未见明显异常（P ＞0.05），用药后1h、3h及6h心率均显著低于用药前（P ＜0.05）；治疗后肝、肾功能
及甲状腺功能与治疗前相比，无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。结论：婴幼儿体表血管瘤采用口服普萘洛尔治疗效果理想，药物
安全性较高，不会引起肝肾功能异常等，能提高临床治疗效果，值得推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oral propranolol treatment for superficial infantile
hemangiomas. Methods 28 infants were admitted to hospital with superficial infantile hemangiomas. Infants were given oral
propranolol after diagnosis. The heart rate, the function of liver, kidney, and thyroid were measured before and after taking
medicine. The clinical efficacy and safety were assessed of oral propranolol treatment for superficial infantile hemangiomas.
Results 1 month after the treatment, the size and volume of the tumor decreased in various degrees. The surface tension
decreased obviously and the texture of the local skin became more clearly. 5 cases were completely regressed in six months. The
tumor was vanished and the local skin was restored to normal texture without scar formation, and the skin temperature returned
to normal too. 16 cases were improved without recurrence after stopping medicine. 7 cases were treated for less than 6 months.
They were lost to follow-up. There was no significant difference of the heart rate among the first day, the second day and the
third day after taking medicine(P ＞0.05). And the heart rate in the1h, 3h, and 6h after takingmedicine was significantly lower
than that before taking medicine(P ＜0.05). The function of liver, kidney, and thyroid has in child patient had no significant
difference between before and after taking medicine(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Oral propranolol treatment for superficial infant
hemangiomas was effective and safety without causing abnormal liver and kidney function. Oral propranolol can improve the
clinical effects and it deserve application and dissemination
