摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨微针导入氨甲环酸联合Q开关1 064nm激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：随机选取2014年4
月-2015年4月笔者科室就诊的黄褐斑患者94例，根据不同治疗方案分成两组。对照组：62例，仅用Q开关1 064nm激光治
疗；观察组：32例，先采用微针导入氨甲环酸治疗4次，随后行Q开光1 064nm激光治疗6次。治疗6个月后进行黄褐斑平均
面积和严重程度指数评分，同时患者接受满意度调查，记录不良反应，并进行相关统计学分析。结果：观察组MASI评分由
13.58±3.39降至8.79±1.69，有效率为96.88%；对照组MASI评分由13.89±3.23降到10.74±1.92，有效率为81.25%，两组
疗效对比，观察组显著优于对照组。观察组不良反应显著低于对照组，患者的满意度高于对照组。结论：微针联合Q开关1
064nm激光治疗黄褐斑的应用效果较好，在临床上有推广和普及的价值。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of microneedle importing tranexamic acid into
skin combined with Q Switch 1 064nm laser to treat chloasma. Methods 94 patients with chloasma were randomly selected
from department of dermatology in our hospital during April 2014 to April 2015, and these patients were divided into two
groups: the control group was treated by only Q switch 1 064nm laser, a total of 62 patients; the observation group were
treated by combined method including microneedle importing tranexamic acid into skin for 4 times, and then used Q switch 1
064nm laser treatment for 6 times,a total of 32 patients. The average area of melasma and severity index scores were calculated
respectively before and after treatment. The adverse effects and patient satisfaction survey were recorded at the same time.
Results The score of MASI in the observation group decreased from 13.58±3.39 to 8.79±1.69, and the effective rate was
96.88%,compared with the MASI score in the control group decreased from 13.89±3.23 to 10.74±1.92 and the effective rate
was 81.25%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group. The adverse reactions in the observation
group were significantly less than the control group, and the patient’s satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in
the control group. Conclusion Microneedle importing tranexamic acid into skin combined with Q Switch 1 064nm is effective
in the treatment of chloasma, and it has the value of popularization in clinic.
