[摘要]目的：探讨生物敷料联合自体皮移植修复老年患者深度烧伤创面效果。方法：选择2012年6月-2016年8月笔者医院收
治的80例老年深度烧伤患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组采用生物敷料加自体皮移植进行治
疗，对照组直接采用自体皮移植进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、创面愈合时间、术后换药次数、上皮组织完全覆盖创面
时间、住院时间、疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者创面愈合时间、术后换药次数、上皮组织完全覆盖创面时间、住院时间及疼痛评分均明显低
于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率为10.00%显著低于对照组的45.00%，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。结论：将生物敷料联合自体皮移植术应用于老年患者深度烧伤创面修复，可以有效促进创面愈合，提高疗
效，减少并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study curative efficacy of biological dressings combined with autogenous skin grafts in treatment of
deep burn wound in elderly patients. Methods 80 patients who have been treated by our hospital from June 2012 to August
2016 for the research object, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The
observation group was treated with biological dressings and self-skin grafts, and the control group was treated with direct selfskin
transplantation. The efficacy, the time of wound healing, the number of postoperative changes, the total coverage time of
the epithelial tissue, the length of hospital stay, the pain score and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results
The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, higher than that of the control group(80.00%), the difference was
statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The wound healing time, the frequency of dressing change, the time of covering the wound
completely, the length of hospital stay and the pain score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the
control group(P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower
than that in the control group (45.00%,P ＜0.05). Conclusion The application of biological dressing combined with self-skin
grafting in deep burn wound can effectively promote wound healing, improve curative effect, reduce complications, and is
worthy of clinical application.
