[摘要]目的：探究患儿大面积烧伤创面经Meek植皮术修复后的临床效果。方法：随机选取2016年4月-2017年4月笔者医院收
治的110例大面积烧伤患儿，按照数字表法随机分为2组，每组55例患儿。对照组给予自体微粒皮移植术，观察组采用Meek植
皮术修复治疗，观察并比较两组患儿的植皮修复效果。结果：观察组患儿手术时间、皮片融合时间均明显低于对照组，且观
察组患儿皮片存活率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患儿总有效率为98.18%明显高于对照组的
78.18%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：Meek植皮修复术治疗患儿大面积烧伤创面临床效果显著，能够缩短手术时
间、皮片融合时间，提高皮片成活率，提高了患儿的生存质量。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Meek skin grafting for the treatment of children with large are burns
wounds. Methods 110 children with large area burn wounds who admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were
selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group
received particle skin transplantation, and the observation group received Meek skin grafting. The skin grafting repair effect
of two groups was observed and compared. Results The time of operation and the time of skin graft fusion in the observation
group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the survival rate of the skin slices of the children in the
observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05).
The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.18%, which was significantly higher than of the control group(80.00%),
the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Meek skin grafting repair has a significant clinical effect in
the treatment of large area burn wounds in children. It can shorten the time of operation, the time of skin graft fusion, improve
the survival rate of skin slices, and improve the quality of life of the children.
