[摘要]目的：研究瓷贴面和全瓷冠用于前牙修复的疗效对比。方法：84例行前牙修复的患者，将其分为观察组和对照组。
对照组：48例，采用全瓷冠材料修复；观察组：36例，采用瓷贴面材料修复。治疗后观察两组的治疗优良率、美学效果
情况及心理状况改善，敏感发生率、疼痛程度评分及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组总有效率（83.33%）显著高于对照
组（62.50%），有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）；整体美观、面容改善、修复体色泽、修复体外形、心理状况改善评分均显著
高于对照组，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）；1周、1个月、3个月敏感发生率均显著低于对照组(2.77% vs 16.66%，8.33%
vs 25.00%，13.88% vs 35.41%)（P ＜0.05）；1周、1个月、3个月疼痛程度评分均显著低于对照组[（3.79±0.98）分vs
（5.62±1.31）分，（2.57±0.56）分vs（4.21±0.92）分，（0.70±0.13）分vs（2.31±0.63）分（P ＜0.05）；不良反
应总发生率显著低于对照组(27.77%vs58.33%)（P ＜0.05）。结论：瓷贴面和全瓷冠在前牙修复中均可取得良好的修复疗
效，但与全瓷冠相比，瓷贴面美观效果更为显著，不良反应更少，可获得更好的成功率。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the comparison of the effect of porcelain veneer and full porcelain crown on anterior teeth repair.
Methods 84 cases of anterior teeth repair were divided into the observation group (n=36) and the control group (n=48). The control
group was repaired with all ceramic crowns, while the observation group was repaired with porcelain veneer materials. The excellent
rate of treatment in the two groups was observed, the aesthetic effect and the psychological status were improved, the incidence
of sensitivity, the degree of pain, the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective
rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%vs62.50%)（P＜0.05）. The overall
beauty, the improvement of the face, the color of the prosthesis, the shape of the prosthesis, and the improvement of mental
condition were all significantly higher than those of the control group（P ＜0.05）. The incidence of sensitivity in 1 week,
1 month, and 3 months was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.77%vs16.66%,8.33%vs25.00%,13.88%
vs35.41%)（P ＜0.05）. The scores of 1 week,1 month and 3 months of pain were significantly lower than those of the
control group[（3.79±0.98）score vs（5.62±1.31）score,（2.57±0.56）score vs（4.21±0.92）score,0.70±0.13）score vs
（2.31±0.63）score]（P ＜0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control
group(27.77%vs58.33%）（P ＜0.05）. Conclusion Porcelain veneers and all ceramic crowns can achieve good repair
effect in anterior teeth restoration, however, porcelain veneers have more beautiful effect and fewer adverse reactions than
all ceramic crowns, which can achieve better success rate.
