摘要:
[摘要]目的：探究种植义齿在修复牙列缺失上的功能效果。方法：选择2010年3月-2017年8月在笔者医院口腔门诊进行修复
治疗的1 175例牙列缺失患者进行研究。按入院先后分为观察组753例和对照组422例，观察组患者行义齿种植修复治疗，对
照组患者则采用义齿固定修复治疗，就两组患者的修复治疗效果及功能恢复状况进行对比性分析。结果：修复治疗后，观察
组和对照组患者的总有效率分别为94.29%、86.73%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的LCPHB
肌电值、LCP-MC肌电值以及PES指数、WES指数水平均显著高于对照组，其咬合功能及红白美学指数均优于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者修复治疗后的固位功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能以及美观功能评分均显著高于对照
组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的牙齿刺痛、牙龈出血以及修复体脱落的发生几率分别为3.85%、
2.26%和1.20%，均显著低于对照组的12.56%、11.37%、7.58%，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：治疗牙列缺失患
者，义齿种植修复能够显著改善其固位功能、咀嚼功能和语言功能，其牙功能恢复状况及舒适美观程度均优于常规修复治
疗，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To research the functional effectiveness evaluation of implant denture restoration in the treatment of
dentition defect. Methods From March 2010 to August 2017, 1 175 cases of dentition defect patients who treated in our
hospital dental were studied as the research objects. According to the admission, the patients were divided into the observation
group (753 cases) and the control group (422 cases). The patients of observation group were treated with implant denture
restoration, while the patients in the control group were treated with fixed prosthesis.Compared and analyzed the repair
treatment effect and functional recovery status in two groups. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the
observation group and the control group were 94.29% and 86.73% respectively, and the difference between the two groups
was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After the treatment, the EMG of LCP-HB , the EMG of LCP-MC, PES index and WES
index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the occlusal function and the red
and white aesthetic index of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically
significant (P ＜0.05). The score of retention function, masticatory function, language function and aesthetic function in the
observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically
significant (P ＜0.05). After the treatment, the incidence of dental tingling, gingival bleeding and prosthesis shedding in the
observation group were 3.85%, 2.26% and 1.20%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control
group (12.56%, 11.37%, 7.58%), respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion In
the treatment of edentulous patients, implant denture restoration can significantly improve the retention function, masticatory
function and language function, and the restoration of the functional status of teeth and comfort and beauty are better than the
conventional repair treatment, it is worth to actively promote in clinical.
