[摘要]目的：探索对兔自体脂肪颗粒移植存活率有促进作用的中药注射液。方法：20只兔建立自体脂肪颗粒移植模型，随机
分为5组，各组分别肌肉注射生脉、刺五加、黄芪、参麦注射液及生理盐水0.37ml/kg·d，90d后检测移植脂肪的质量，计算
移植脂肪存活率。结果：术后90d，4种中药组移植存活率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），生脉组移植成
活率较高（P ＜0.05）。4种中药组血清VEGF表达水平在移植术后1周、3周和6周均明显高于对照组，生脉组显著高于其它3
组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；4种中药组毛细血管密度均较对照组明显增高，生脉组高于其它3组，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。结论：0.37ml/kg·d剂量时，4种中药都可提高自体脂肪颗粒移植存活率，但是生脉的作用最强。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the traditional chinese medicine to promote the survival rate of autologous fat grafting in
rabbits. Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into five groups. The groups were given different doses of shengmai,
ciwujia, huangqi, shenmai and normal saline by intramuscular injection. Ninety days later, the survival weight of the fat grafts
were detected and the survival rates were calculated. Results The survival rates of the four Chinese medicine groups were
higher than that of the control group after 90d, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The survival rate of
the grafts in the Shengmai group was higher than that of the other three groups(P ＜0.05). The level of serum VEGF in the
four Chinese medicine groups were significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 week, 3 weeks and 6 weeks after
transplantation, and the Shengmai group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P ＜0.05). The capillary
density of the four Chinese medicine groups were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the Shengmai group
was higher than the other three groups(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The survival rate of autologous fat grafting was improved by the
four kinds of chinese medicine, but the effect of shengmai injection was the strongest at this dose of 0.37ml/kg?d.
