[摘要]目的：研究乳房肥大患者外周血中雌激素表达水平，为乳房肥大患者病因学研究奠定基础，为腺性乳房肥大症的临床
治疗提供相关实验依据。方法：将乳房肥大（95例）和正常体积乳房患者（84例）按照入院时处于月经周期的卵泡期、排卵
期、黄体期进行分类，抽取患者入院当天外周血5ml，采用17β-雌二醇放射免疫药盒及SN-682放射免疫计数器测定外周血中
17β-雌二醇表达水平，根据各指标OD值计算其浓度，结果采用放射免疫γ计数器及配套统计软件进行计数和数据处理。结
果：在体重指数同一范围内，乳房肥大组与正常体积乳房组17β-雌二醇表达水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结
论：外周血中17β-雌二醇可能与乳房肥大的发生无关。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of estrogen in peripheral blood of patients with mammary hypertrophy, and to lay
a foundation for the study of etiology of mammary hypertrophy in the future, and to provide relevant experimental evidence for the
clinical treatment of glandular mammary hypertrophy. Methods After admission, mammary hypertrophy (95 cases) and normal
volume breast patients (84 cases) were classified according to the follicular phase, ovulation phase, and luteal phase during the
menstrual cycle at the time of admission, and 5ml of peripheral blood was collected on the day of admission, using 17β-estradiol
Radioimmunoassay kit and SN-682 radioimmunoassay counter were used to measure the expression level of 17β-estradiol in
peripheral blood. The concentration was calculated according to the OD value of each index. The results were counted and
processed by radioimmunoassay r counter and statistical software. Results There was no significant difference in the expression
level of 17β-estradiol between hypertrophic breast and normal breast in the same range of body mass index(P＞0.05). Conclusion
17β-estradiol in peripheral blood may not be related to the occurrence of mammary hypertrophy.
