摘要:

[摘要]目的：研究全身浸润配合综合性康复管理措施在ICU大面积重度烧伤患者中的应用及对预后的影响。方法：选择2015
年4月-2016年6月笔者医院ICU收治的128例大面积重度烧伤患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各
64例。对照组在术后应用全身浸润疗法和常规护理，观察组应用全身浸润疗法配合综合性康复管理措施。观察治疗前后两
组患者心理健康程度，并于治疗后对两组治疗效果及术后外形美观效果进行评估。结果：治疗后，两组SAS、SDS评分均降
低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为85.94%（55/64）高于对照组的70.31%
（45/64），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后美观效果较对照组更佳，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：
在ICU大面积重度烧伤患者术后应用全身浸润配合综合性康复管理措施效果显著，可增强临床治疗效果，调整患者心理状
态，促进烧伤残余创面愈合，利于皮肤组织修复再生，改善患者术后美观效果，提高预后身心健康程度。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study the use of systemic infiltrates combined with comprehensive rehabilitation management measures
in severely burned ICU patients and its impact on prognosis. Methods 128 cases of severe burn patients who were treated in our
hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research subject. All the patients were divided into the control group and
the observation group according to random number table method, 64 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were
given general nursing such as systemic infiltration therapy after operation, and the patients in the observation group were given
systemic infiltration therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation management interventions. Before and after treatment,
the mental health, the therapeutic effect and the aesthetic appearance of the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment,
the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the
differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.94% (55/64), which
was higher than that of the control group (70.31%,45/64),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The aesthetic effect
of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of systemic infiltration
combined with comprehensive rehabilitation management in patients with extensive severe burn in ICU has significant effect,
which can enhance the clinical effect, adjust the psychological status of patients, promote the healing of residual burn wounds,
facilitate the repair and regeneration of skin tissue, and improve the aesthetic appearance of postoperative patients, improve
physical and mental health.
