摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨耳部撕脱伤患者的有效护理措施。方法：对1例右耳撕脱伤患者围手术期实施全程病情观察，针对耳廓、
饮食、疼痛及心理等方面行针对性专科护理措施。结果：患者右耳部外形及功能基本恢复正常，治愈出院。结论：耳廓撕脱
回植手术护理中，急救护理是康复前提，术前护理是关键，术后全方位护理是重要保障。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore effective nursing measures for patients with avulsion injury of ear. Methods One case of
avulsion injury of right ear were observed during the perioperative period, and targeted specialized nursing measures were
carried out in terms of auricle, diet, pain and psychology. Results The appearance and the function of the right ear has been
generally restored, and the patient was cured and discharged from hospital finally. Conclusion In the course of auricula
avulsion injury replantation surgery nursing, emergency nursing is the premise, preoperative nursing is the key point, and
postoperative all-round nursing is the important guarantee.
