摘要:

[摘要]人体衰老常伴随皮肤质地改变、脂肪萎缩、面部软组织体积及弹性的改变等，因而导致面部皮肤松垂及皱纹形成等外
部特征即为面部老化。传统的面部年轻化方法包括各种手术及非手术方法，自Sulamanidze在上世纪末提出埋线提升面部年
轻化的治疗理念后，该方法在临床迅速推广应用，同时在其疗效及安全性方面也备受争议。本文就埋线提升面部年轻化的历
史、材料、疗效及并发症等方面作一综述。

Abstract:
Abstract: Facial aging, which has remarkable features as skin laxity and wrinkle accentuation, results from several
chronological changes, including skin quality change, fat atrophy , and loss of facial volume and elasticity. Conventional
procedures for facial rejuvenation include nonsurgical modalities and direct surgical face-lift. Thread-lift for facial rejuvenation,
or barbed suture suspension, was first introduced by Sulamanidze in the late 1990s. With the advantage of minimal invasive,
fast procedure and seemingly short recovery time, thread-lift has become popular worldwide in the past decades.However,there
is little information in the plastic surgery or dermatologic literature about its safety, ef?cacy, and longevity. This review aims to
evaluate these clinical parameters published in former literatures.
