摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨一种自制针式电刀的临床应用可行性。方法：采用回顾性分析，2011年6月-2014年12月采用传统电刀行面
部整形手术453例为对照组，2015年1月-2017年12月采用自制针式电刀行面部整形手术360例为观察组，对比分析两组患者术
后切口并发症发生情况。结果：对照组并发症发生率为1.54%，观察组为2.50%，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：自
制改良针式电刀可在临床中推广应用，具有操作便利、精确、价格低等优点。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a self-made needle electric knife. Methods 453 cases of facial plastic
surgery were performed with traditional electric knife from June 2011 to December 2014, 360 cases were performed with selfmade
needle electric knife from January 2015 to December 2017. The postoperative complications of the two groups were
compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of complications in the control group was 1.54%, while that in the observation
group was 2.50%, the difference was not statistically significant(P ＞0.05). Conclusion The self-made needle electric knife can
be widely applied in clinical practice, and has the advantages of convenient operation, accuracy and low price.
