摘要:
[摘要]本文患者为年轻女性，骨性Ⅲ类反牙合，外伤导致上前牙缺失，因严重影响美观和发音而求治。患者拒绝正颌、正畸矫
治及种植修复，坚持要求行微创、固定桥美学修复。笔者通过仔细分析患者的牙合关系，反复修改诊断蜡型并制作临时冠进一
步观察患者对新的牙合关系的适应情况，最终为患者设计出有利于修复体稳定并尽量保存牙体组织的固定桥修复体，恢复了患
者面部美观，改善了患者外伤后的咀嚼和发音功能，重建其心理健康。

Abstract:
Abstract: The patient, a young woman with Class III skeletal crossbite came to the clinic for anterior teeth aesthetic restoration
and articulation modification for loss of the upper anterior teeth in a trauma. The patient refused any orthodontics orthognathic
surgeries and implant treatments, which made it difficult to minimally invasive, aesthetic repair with fixed bridge. By carefully
analyzing the occlusal relationship of the patient, repeatedly modifing the diagnostic wax-up and making several mock-ups to
further observe the patient’s adaptation to the new occlusal relationship, the authors finally designed a fixed bridge restorations
to reconstruct facial aesthetics and the mastication, improve pronunciation after trauma and preserve the dental tissue as much
as possible.
