摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨运用皮肤原位再生医疗技术联合微针导入治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法：选取局限型白癜风患者40例，随
机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例，治疗组使用微针在皮损区打孔，湿润烧伤膏外涂微针打孔区皮损，油纱覆盖于皮损区，
并包扎固定；对照组皮损区采用外擦卤米松乳膏、卡泊三醇软膏的序贯治疗。30d为1个疗程，3个疗程后对比两组患者治疗
前后临床疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为65%，对照组有效率为65%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论：采用皮肤
原位再生医疗技术结合微针导入治疗局限型白癜风疗效满意，可在临床应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the skin situ regeneration medical technique combined with
microneedle introduction technology in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 40 patients with localized vitiligo were randomly
divided into treatment group (n =20) and control group (n =20). In the treatment group, we used microneedle to drill holes on
the lesions, then moisture exposed burn ointment( MEBO) was applied to the lesions and dressed and fixed by oil yarn. In the
control group, patients were performed sequential therapy by using the halogen cream and carposanol ointment to the lesions.
A course of treatment lasts for 1 month.Comparison of clinical efficacy before and after treatment in two groups after 3 courses
of treatment. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 65%, and the control group was 65%. The difference was
not statistically significant (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The application of skin situ regeneration medical technique combined with
microneedle introduction technology in the treatment of vitiligo is feasible.
