[摘要]目的：探讨睑缘切口内固定法重睑成形术的临床应用效果。方法：回顾性分析2015年1月-2017年1月笔者医院门诊收
治的行双眼重睑手术患者90例，根据手术方式不同，分为两组。观察组行睑缘切口内固定法重睑成形术，共42例；对照组行
传统切开法，共48例。比较两组术后1个月、6个月疗效及患者满意率，分析两种不同术式的优缺点及临床价值。结果：两种
均为成熟的重睑成形术，术后效果均较好，观察组患者满意率为95.24%显著高于对照组的83.33%，且术后肿胀及瘢痕发生率
较低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：睑缘切口内固定法重睑成形术在临床应用中有术后肿胀轻、瘢痕不明显等优
点，较传统切开法有更高的满意率，更具有美容应用的实际意义，可作为重睑术的一种补充术式，值得推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To compare the characteristics and clinical application effect of eyelid margin incision double-fold eyelid
forming technique with the traditional method of incision. Methods A retrospective analysis of 90 patients who underwent
double eyelid surgery in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017. All the cases were
divided into two groups according to the different ways of operation. The observation group had 42 cases which used eyelid
margin incision double-fold eyelid forming technique. The control group had 48 cases which used traditional method of
incision. It took more than 6 months to observation of the clinical application of the two groups. The effect of 1 month after
operation and the effect of 6 months after operation were compared. Analyses were conducted on the merits and demerits and
clinical value of two different types of operation. Results The two methods were mature double eyelid plasty, the postoperative
effects were good. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than that of
the control group (83.33%), and the incidence of postoperative swelling and scarring was lower in the observation group,
the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The eyelid margin incision double-fold eyelid forming
technique has the advantages of light swelling and no obvious scar in the clinical application. It has higher satisfaction rate and
more practical than traditional open method. As a supplement for double eyelid surgery, the eyelid margin incision double-fold
eyelid forming technique is worth of promoting.
