[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒分层注射矫治女性面部老化的应用效果。方法：选取笔者医院2017年1月-2017年12月收治的
289例面部老化女性患者，均接受自体脂肪颗粒分层注射进行面部整形，供脂区主要选择在患者大腿外侧、臀部、下腹部等
脂肪含量丰富部位。术后均随访12个月，记录手术注射次数、脂肪吸收和相关并发症发生情况，根据患者手术前后不同角
度的面部照片对比情况，评估面部修复整形效果，并对患者进行手术整形满意度调查。结果：289例患者均成功完成手术，
脂肪注射次数1～3次，平均1.30次，术后1周仅出现少量凹陷填充部轻微青紫，未出现瘀血、血肿、感染、局部硬结等并发
症，填充效果满意。术后1个月总有效率达95.85%（277/289）。术后均获得随访7个月～1年，平均（10.2±1.8）个月，截
至随访期末，仍维持稳定的填充整形效果，皮肤细腻光泽、面型轮廓丰满等。患者对整形效果、并发症发生情况及生活质量
的满意度分别为90.31%（261/289）、93.43%（270/289）、88.93%（257/289）。结论：自体脂肪颗粒分层注射治疗女性面
部老化的疗效显著，并发症少，可作为临床治疗的理想术式。

Abstract:
 
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat granule injection in the treatment of female patients with
facial aging. Methods A total of 289 elderly female patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 underwent
autologous fat granule injection and transplantation for facial plastic surgery. Fat supply areas are mainly located in the fat rich
parts of the thigh, buttocks and lower abdomen of the patients. All patients were followed up for 12 months. The number of
injections, fat absorption and related complications were recorded. The results of facial reconstruction were evaluated according
to the facial photographs before and after surgery. The satisfaction of patients with facial reconstruction was investigated.
Results 289 patients had the successfully results after 1-3 times of fat injection. Only a small amount of cyanosis was found in
the filling part of the depression in one week after operation. No complications such as blood stasis, hematoma, infection and
local induration occurred. The filling effect was satisfactory. The total effective rate was 95.85%(277/289) at 1 months after
operation. All patients were followed up for 7 months to 1 years, with an average of (10.2±1.8)months. At the end of the followup
period, the plastic and filling effect was stable, the skin was fine and glossy, the outline of the face was plump and so on. The
satisfaction of patients with plastic surgery, complications and quality of life were 90.31% (261/289), 93.43% (270/289) and
88.93% (257/289), respectively. Conclusion The injection of autologous fat granules in the treatment of female facial aging is
effective and has fewer complications. It can be used as an ideal method for clinical treatment.
