[摘要]目的：探讨PPDO(聚对二氧环己酮)线雕联合面部脂肪增减在中老年面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法：选择2017年1
月-2018年1月笔者医院收治的100例面部轮廓欠佳或老化的中老年就医者为研究对象，根据面部皮肤松垂的特点及程度，进
行PPDO线雕的类型、分布及数量设计，再配合面部堆积脂肪吸脂及局部脂肪填充。评价术后面部改善情况，术后即刻、术
后24h及术后1、3、6个月观察并发症发生情况。结果：术后面部改善优良率为94.00%，术后并发症包括轻中度水肿、瘀青、疼
痛、轻度凹凸不平及线结外露。术后即刻及术后24h，并发症较严重；术后1个月，基本缓解；术后3个月均完全消失。所有就
医者无全身性及异物反应。结论：PPDO线雕联合面部脂肪增减用于中老年面部年轻化治疗，效果明显，安全性高。

Abstract:

Abstracts: Objective To discuss the applicative effects of poly (p-Dioxanone)(PPDO) line carve combined facial fat increase
and decrease in facial rejuvenation of middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods 100 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients
with poor facial contour or aging which was taken as research objects in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.
The type, distribution and quantity of PPDO line carve was designed according to features and extent of facial skin sagging.
The facial accumulation fat liposuction and partial fat filling was used cooperatively. The postoperative facial improved
conditions were evaluated. The postoperative complications were observed immediately after operation and 24h, 1, 3, 6
months after operation. Results The excellent and good rate of postoperative facial improvement was 94.00%. Postoperative
complications included mild to moderate edema, bruising, pain, mild unevenness and knot exposure. The complications were
serious immediately after operation and 24h after operation. The complications were basically relieved 1 month after operation.
The complications disappeared completely 3 months after operation. No systemic and foreign body reactions were found in
all patients. Conclusion The therapeutic effect was obvious and the safety was high of PPDO line carve combined facial fat
increase and decrease in facial rejuvenation of young and old patients.
