摘要:: [摘要]目的：分析不同类型银屑病患者全血中Th17细胞因子 mRNA表达及血清IL-26蛋白水平。方法：选取2012年12月-2017
年12月在笔者医院接受治疗的80例进行期银屑病患者，选取同期体检健康者80例作为对照组，检测两组对象血清白细胞介
素-26（IL-26）含量，实时荧光定量PCR检测IL-26、白细胞介素-22（IL-22）、白细胞介素-17A（IL-17A）mRNA表达状况，
并行统计分析。结果：银屑病及不同分型患者血清IL-26、IL-22、IL-17A mRNA表达量和IL-26蛋白含量均高于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。关节型银屑病患者IL-26 mRNA表达量和血清IL-26含量高于寻常型银屑病、红皮型银屑病和局
限性脓疱型银屑病，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。Pearson相关分析显示，患者疾病严重程度和IL-26蛋白含量呈正相关
（r =0.702，P ＜0.05）。结论：银屑病患者血清IL-26蛋白含量及IL-26、IL-22、IL-17A mRNA表达量较健康者升高，且关节
型银屑病患者IL-26 mRNA表达量高于其他类型患者。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To analyze the expression of Th17 cytokine mRNA and serum IL-26 protein in whole blood of patients
with different types of psoriasis. Methods 80 patients with psoriasis who had undergone treatment in our hospital from
December 2012 to December 2017 were selected. 80 patients who had physical examination in our hospital at the same time
were selected as the control group. Serum leukocytes were detected in both groups. Content of IL-26, real-time fluorescence
quantitative PCR detection of IL-26, IL-22, IL-17A mRNA expression, and statistics of test results Learn to analyze. Results
The serum IL-26, IL-22, IL-17A mRNA levels and IL-26 protein levels in patients with psoriasis and different types of patients
were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). IL-26 mRNA expression
and serum IL-26 levels in patients with psoriasis arthropathica were higher than those in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,
erythrodermic psoriasis and localized pustular psoriasis(P ＜0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive
correlation between disease severity and IL-26 protein content(r =0.702, P ＜0.05). Conclusion Serum IL-26 protein levels and
IL-26, IL-22, IL-17A mRNA levels were higher in patients with psoriasis than in healthy individuals, and the expression of IL-
26 mRNA was higher in patients with psoriasis than in other patients.
